2. Description of Service

PassLoop provides a platform for creating digital wallet passes compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Our Service allows users to design, customize, and generate digital passes including but not limited to loyalty cards, coupons, event tickets, and membership cards.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create passes with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our Service
• Create passes that mislead or defraud users
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PassLoop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, but you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of the passes you create. We do not review, approve, or endorse user-generated content. You represent and warrant that your content:

• Does not violate any third-party rights
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not contain malicious code or harmful content

9. Service Availability
